FIN-WAL is an educational platform. All content, simulations, dashboards, and AI responses are provided for learning and informational purposes only. FIN-WAL does not provide professional financial, legal, investment, insurance, or tax advice.

You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions.

You must sign in with a valid account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials.

Teachers are responsible for the appropriate use of FIN-WAL within their classrooms and for any student accounts under their management.

You agree not to:

• Use FIN-WAL for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Attempt to abuse or exploit the receipt scanner or AI assistant.
• Upload government-issued IDs, financial account numbers, or private credentials.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with platform infrastructure.
• Impersonate another user or entity.

The AI Assistant is powered by third-party AI technology (Puter.js). AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Always verify financial information from authoritative sources before acting on it.

Do not share personal account numbers, passwords, tax IDs, or sensitive documents in the AI chat.

Nothing on FIN-WAL constitutes professional financial advice. Simulations are simplified educational models and do not represent real financial outcomes. Use them to learn concepts, not to make real financial decisions.

You retain ownership of your data — including purchase entries, reflections, and profile information. By using FIN-WAL, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data to provide the service.

You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

FIN-WAL uses third-party services including Google OAuth, Puter.js, and Base44. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

FIN-WAL and its developers are not liable for any financial losses, academic outcomes, or decisions made based on the use of this platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of FIN-WAL at any time. We will try to provide advance notice for significant changes.
